Formerly of BCG Partners in London Graduated from London School of Economics with a Bsc in Economics, Tom has over 17 years’ experience dealing with clients with various investment objectives and has successfully guided them to achieving financial security. Tom is a hugely motivated and driven individual typically the first in and last out of the office each day. Joining Waterman in early 2017 he has assisted various clients achieve their financial goals.
Graduated from London School of Economics with a first in Business Studies and Economics and has since worked in several areas of finance for some of the biggest institutions including HSBC in London and Hong Kong where he was a well-respected CFA (chartered financial Analyst). He has been with Waterman Capital Partners since 2016 and has helped develop a number of new products which have been well received and financially beneficial to our client base. Despite his vast experience he is one of our youngest team members and is the true definition of a family man with a passion for travelling and experiencing different cultures.
In his role as Senior Wealth Advisor, Shaw works to familiarize himself with the particulars of each client’s unique needs and works to provide the best financial plan for each of his individual clients. Shaw approach isn’t only about being knowledgeable of market trends, but also includes getting to know his client’s long and short-term goals and working together to create a plan best suited to their needs.
Shaw worked for Barclays for 15 years in financial services and asset management before joining Waterman Capital Partners in 2016. Originally from Manchester UK, Shaw is a devoted family man and active in a number of local charities. Shaw earned a bachelor's degree in finance from The University of Manchester.
Eva was already a successful Wealth Developer at HSBC Hong Kong when she was headhunted by Waterman Capital Partners as a senior Portfolio Manager. Not only has Eva brought over 10 years of experience in what is commonly regarded as one of the most high pressure area of Finance, but her ‘how things should be done’ approach.
“It makes me feel content when I simply provide value to my clients through professional advice which helps them reach their financial objectives and financial freedom in general” – her words!
Eva went to internship training on Wall Street on the dark day of the crash in 2008 and ever since she felt her calling to not only help people recover financially but also to reestablish their faith in the industry that she loved.
Eva graduated Saint Petersburg State University in 2000 with a BSc in Accounting and Finance and a BSc is philosophy.
Joined us in 2016 from Macquarie group M&A. Graduated with Bachelor’s Honors Degree in economics from UTS Sydney. Has over 20 years experience in Futures and Securities trading. A devoted family man and heavily involved in the local sporting community coaching the local jnr Cricket team. Coming from the east coast of Australia Noah loves water sports. A true team player, he is an Integral part of our organization.
Formally a securities trader a Goldman Sachs in London. Adam joined Waterman Capital Partners in 2016. When asked what has been the main reason for your success in the financial markets, Adam responds, “simply buy low and sell high, it’s not much more complicated than that”. The reality is quite different, Adam has an incredible wealth of knowledge, both technical and fundamental and this knowledge base has facilitated his outperformance within the industry. Adam is the sort of person that is always happy to help and never expects anything in return. This has served his clients well because he always goes beyond what is expected in terms of service, which married with his ability to see obstacles from various perspectives enables him to find solutions beyond the comprehension of other advisors.
Formerly a senior relationship manager at CITI Bank. Mike joined Waterman capital Partners in 2017. Mikes core competency is the ability to understand the financial markets from a macroeconomic landscape. This gives him a well-rounded grasp in relation to market dynamics and cause and effect. Mike bought a wealth of knowledge to the tables and some of the most recent successful stock picks have been attributed to him.
Formerly a senior investment analyst at Morgan Stanley. Steve Joined Waterman Capital in 2017. Steve has an analytical mind and approaches challenges from a logical perspective. He bases all his investment advice and decisions based on data and statistical analysis. He recognizes nothing is a certainty so uses data to increase his probability of certainty and is able to present the data to brokers, advisors and clients in layman terms. Steve is a great asset for Waterman Capital.
Formally a securities broker at Merrill Lynch, Spencer joined Waterman Capital Partners in 2017. He has been a significant asset for the company developing relationships with new clients and providing market beating returns for his clients from day one. Spencer takes great pride in what he does and is always looked to for financial advice and developing a well-rounded asset allocation strategy. Spencer is a father of two and has been boating enthusiast for the past 20 years having purchased a 34ft sailing boat last year.
Formally a relationship manager at CITI Bank in London, Paul joined Waterman Capital Partners in 2017. With a background in financial risk management, Paul graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Finance and economics. Paul has helped our client’s safeguard their wealth using his background and knowledge to mitigate risk. Paul has 2 children and is an avid hiker.
Formally an associate at Morgan Stanley, Robert joined Waterman Capital in 2018. Robert graduated from The University of St Andrews with an MSc in Corporate finance. Robert has always been an overachiever out performing peers, markets and tasks alike. Robert is a fitness fanatic as you can always find him in the gym at 4am in the morning. As he has explained this allows his to get a head start on the day and everything just falls into place. Robert has effortlessly produced market beating returns year after year.
Formerly at Morgan Stanley as a private wealth advisor, Jessica joined Waterman Capital Partners 2017. Jessica has an MSc from the University of Chicago. Jessica is a well-travelled individual having lived in numerous locations around the world and spent a lot of her childhood in Thailand. Jessica has been an asset for Waterman Capital Partners as her attention to detail leaves little to no room for mistakes. She is incredibly analytical and ensures all her recommendations are based on solid foundations.
Gained a BSc in Economics & Finance at London School of Economics in 1996-1999. Jonathan joined JP Morgan’s London office in 1999 as trainee broker, quickly promoted to Senior Broker. 2008 joined HSBC at Canary Wharf as a Senior Market analyst, 2012 moved to Dubai as a Senior Wealth Portfolio manager with HSBC. 2019 Joined Waterman Capital as a Senior Broker bringing a wealth of knowledge in stock & market analysis. Married with 4 children, Jon has a passion for aviation holding an ATPL pilots license and has recently purchased a Piper Seneca IV.
